We may change these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued access constitutes acceptance of the then-current version. Purchases of domain names are governed separately by our Terms of Sale.
1. License to Use This Website

This Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties relating to this Website and your use of it. Nothing here excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
4. System Errors and Third-Party Services
Errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies may occur in our systems or in services provided by third parties (including payment processors such as Stripe, registrars, registries, and hosting providers). We are not responsible for failures caused by such third parties. For the effect of technical or listing errors on domain purchases, see our Terms of Sale.

8. Privacy
Your use of this Website is also governed by our privacy practices. See our Impressum for contact details.

Terms of Sale
Last revised: March 2026
By completing a purchase on this Website, you (“Buyer”) agree to these Terms of Sale with PremiumUnited(“Seller”), together with our Terms of Use above.
1. Scope; No Guarantee of Availability or Transfer
Buyer agrees to purchase the specific domain name identified at checkout for the quoted price.
Seller makes no guarantee that any listed domain is available, transferable, free of third-party rights, or technically deliverable at the time of purchase. Listings are subject to prior sale and may be withdrawn at any time. Seller does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or timely checkout, payment processing, or transfer operations.
2. Term of Offer and Prior Sale
Unless stated otherwise in writing, a quoted price is valid for seven (7) calendar days. Until Seller receives payment in full, Seller may sell the domain to any third party.
3. Manner of Payment
Payment must be made using an authorized method offered at checkout, which may include credit/debit card payments processed via Stripe and/or escrow through Escrow.com.
You pay for the domain name only. No hosting, email, logos, images, website content, traffic, or revenue rights are transferred unless expressly agreed in writing. After transfer, Buyer is responsible for annual renewal fees with the registrar.
A payment receipt does not by itself mean the sale is complete. See Section 4.
4. When a Sale Is — and Is Not — Complete
Sale complete. A sale is final only when Seller has received payment in full, verified availability, and successfully transferred the domain or Buyer has obtained demonstrable technical control per Section 5.
No sale due to error or failure. If the purchase or transfer cannot be properly completed — including system or database errors, payment processor or registrar outages, unavailability, listing or pricing errors, fraud prevention, or payment reversals — then no binding sale has occurred (or any sale in progress is cancelled before completion), and Seller will refund the full purchase price paid for that domain to the original payment method, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
If transfer is delayed or cannot be completed, Seller will notify Buyer within 48 business hours using contact details provided at checkout.
5. Transfer of Domain Name
Upon payment and receipt of Buyer's registrant/WHOIS data, Seller will initiate transfer by domain push to an ICANN-accredited registrar account or by providing an authorization (EPP/auth) code.
- Push transfers: credentials are typically provided within 72 business hours, subject to registrar rules.
- Auth code transfers: domains may be subject to a 60-day transfer lock under ICANN policy.
- Buyer must take control within 7 days of instructions and is responsible for renewal before expiration (WHOIS lookup).
- If Buyer fails to complete transfer within 90 days despite Seller's instructions, Seller may cancel and refund less non-refundable third-party fees, unless failure was due to registrar issues outside Buyer's control.
6. Failed Transfer; Buyer Remedies
If Seller fails to transfer the domain for reasons not caused by Buyer's failure to follow instructions, Buyer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price.
If failure is solely due to Buyer not cooperating after reasonable notice, Seller may cancel and refund less non-refundable third-party fees where permitted by law.
Except as stated here or required by mandatory law, Buyer's remedy is limited to a refund of the purchase price paid.
7. Finality After Successful Transfer
After successful transfer, the sale is final and non-refundable, including for change of mind or trademark concerns discovered after purchase, except where mandatory consumer rights apply. Buyer must conduct due diligence before purchase.
8. Warranties and Indemnification
Seller warrants authority to sell and, to Seller's knowledge, good title to the domain. Buyer warrants accurate registrant data, legal capacity, and sole risk in evaluating rights to use the domain.
Buyer indemnifies Seller against claims arising from Buyer's use of the domain. Seller disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Chargebacks and Duplicate Payments
Seller may suspend or cancel a transaction affected by chargebacks or duplicate charges. Contact before initiating a chargeback where reasonable.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Sale are the entire agreement regarding the domain unless otherwise agreed in signed writing.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Buyer consents to jurisdiction in Germany, subject to mandatory consumer rules. By completing checkout, Buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.
